Private On-Ramp (A Private Introduction to CrossFit)
For anyone new or has a desire to try CrossFit, or is interested in barbell training, this is a 3 session on-ramp program. The 3 on-ramp classes are private training sessions scheduled with me at the convenience of the athlete and they are one hour in length. In the on-ramp classes you receive basic movement instruction, education, and introductory workouts. After completing the on-ramp sessions, most people will be prepared for transition into the regularly scheduled group classes.
You will also receive a discounted membership rate at my gym, CrossFit Next Wave, as well as unlimited Yoga.
The cost for this private on-ramp program is $230

Private Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition Planning with Coach Toma
When focused attention at a time that is convenient for you is what you want, private training is available. This training can be at my gym (CrossFit Next Wave) in San Diego or at your home or gym (client is responsible for ancillary fees, i.e. parking, drop-in rates at their gym). Develop and attain your personal fitness goals, work on your weaknesses, develop a personal exercise and nutrition strategy, build a strength foundation, work specific skills, or spend time on particular lifts under my eye. This is the best option for custom program development and implementation with accountability. If you truly want to see results, this is the best choice you will ever make!
$600 per month for 12 one hour sessions
$440 per month for 8 one hour sessions
$260 per month for 4 one hour sessions
$75 per session for 1 one hour session
$25 will be added to your session if you request that I come to you.
